How to expand a mother pipe to big diameter ?

To reach this purpose, We need a Pipe Expanding Machine first.
Pipe expanding machine is combined by main bracket of machine, Oil cylinders, Pushing board,Support board, Hydraulic Pump Station and a Medium Frequency Power Source,operating panel ,front support bracket, end support bracket.
To reach this purpose,we need accessories,like : heating coil , pipe moulds ,mandrel pole to mould .

Process for Expanding a pipe is as following : 

1.  Make solid cement ground according to layout drawing ,ready enough bolts and nuts to tightening machine with ground
2.  Has big enough transformer to supply electric source
3.  Put coil to Mould, give it a good position for heating
4.  Open Intermediate Frequency Power and start heating to mandrel
5.  Stop Power source once the whole mandrel turning red .
6.  Adjustment the coil to pushing position.
7.  Coat ceruse inside of raw pipe and mandrel, make sure the pushing process is smooth
8.  Close clamp and make it tighten on mandrel pole
9.  A  special technician start operation at operation panel of machine, all works are controlled by switches.
10. Finished pipe will go out along with rolling front support bracket, Use crane move finished pipe to another place

For make the pipe looks nice,we shall make correction work by Hydraulci Press after the Pipe expanding machine work. And with Bevelling machine to bevel pipe ends
