Radius pipe bender is specially designed for production bending radius above R = 3 times benders,we have manufactured in this line for many years.

This Radius pipe Benders we supplied can produce bending radius over R=2.5 times,180 degree bending pipe fittings. With reasonable design, reliable working, it's easy to operate.

One radius pipe bender consists two parts: host and medium frequency heating power.

1. The host part use hydraulic transmission, it is easy to realize stepless speed regulation, fast pushing - return and work speed fast conversion, as well as any adjustment of pushing power. With Stable operation, low noise, no pollution.

2. Medium frequency induction heating part used advanced integrated circuits to start work and operating protection system. Failure rate is low, can do reliable operation and energy conservation

Maintenance of machine:

The equipment should be serviced about once a month, maintenance as following:

1.Check each part of fasteners, ensure they are fixed.

2.Make sure that all connectors of the hydraulic pump station are equipped with oil seal rings, if the seal rings appear damaged or oil leakage, should be replace timely.

3.If found forward or backward abnormality, first check electro-hydraulic valve whether operate normal, if working normally, then you should check whether the electro-hydraulic relief valve or the one-way unloading valve has contaminant that made it could not working or not(this phenomenon usually happen when you just use this machine). If has contaminant, you should open it, clean by gasoline or diesl oil, everything is ok, then re-install.

4.Operated this equipment within 15 days, you should clean the tank and filter hydraulic oil once.

5.When cleaning tank, you should clean the inside the oil filter of tank also.
