The split frame design of the equipment allows the pipe cutting machine to separate and mount around the O.D. of the in-line pipe or fittings for strong,stable clamping.The equipment performs precision in-line cut or simultaneous cut or bevel operations,as well as welds end preparation and counter boring on open ended pipe.
 
The Steel pipe beveling machine for end facing are suitable for cold cutting and beveling procession of pressure vessel and steam generator in different type and size,even for treatment of carbon steel,stainless steel and alloys.

Notes:
1 The bevel machine should place flat,stable fixation,to avoid moving when using.when the power supply connect well,
   please pay attention to check the operation direction and transmission parts.

2 Let the bevel machine clamp the pipe,prevent the collision of tools,the
   pipe end and the feedings should be left between the 2-3mm gap,to prevent
  excessive feed first time,turn on the malecoupling when working,to avoid the second feed at the same time.

3 After the feed,should remain in situ rotate a few times,so that smooth the bevel, move the knife frame after operation,
   which away  from the cutting surface,and then remove the pipe.

4 Cooling system must be kept clean to prevent the impurities,iron filings into the oilway,blocking the nozzle.

5 After finished the work,need do maintenance work.
