a. It is designed with Four columns and three girder ,body is make up of under beam,moving working table,slide cake,above beam,column and lock nuts. Three girders are welding steel plates, and do strict treatment after welding to issue its precision and rigidity. Surface of column will do heat treatment,hardness will reach to HRC42-48
b. Cylinder is 45# steel forged materials,pole of piston will do heattreatment to issure hardness.
