Design parameters of 500T hydraulic press:
1.Max pressure 500T Rated pressure 25Mpa Working table 1.4x1.4m Table-board spacing 1.4m Weight about 26T.
2.Main oil cylinder 1 pc cylinder barrel uses casting and forging pipe ID 500mm effective stroke 0.9m. Main cylinder up speed can reach 3200mm/min main cylinder Max working pressure and test pressure not lower than 31.5MPa.
3.Hydraulic pump station 2 grades 80SCY14-IB plunger pump 1 set with 30KW motor 1 set 40 gear pump 1 set with 11KW motor 1 set. Using the integrated oil control.
4.Mechanical parts: Cylinder support Up platform Down platform, etc. Main stressed parts use 35mm steel platefaceplate plate all use 35mm working table board uses cast steel milling with T type groove diameter of guide pillar no less than 200mm.
5.Electronic integrated control operation.
