Induction power source Failure Analysis and Maintenance principle:
Using three-phase bridge controlled rectifier circuit rectifying the Alternating current to Direct current, through the reactor smoothing, it become constant DC current source, and then by single-phase inverter bridge , inverse the DC current to certain frequency (normally 1000 to 8000Hz) single-phase frequency current.
load is made up of induction coils and capacitor, connected parallel resonant circuit.
In general, the fault can be divided into can't start and does not work after starting in accordance with the failure phenomenon. As a general principle, If there is failure, it should be checked of the whole system after turning off the electricity.
