Maintenance of medium frequency

1 Please move dust from frequency panel usually,especially thyristor parts, please use aid to
  Wash.working device requires special room to refuse discharge when dust has heavy concussion

2 Check connection parts on hose and wash furring inside of cooling water pipe and move jams from
  It. Just change new one once there has crack surface on cooling water pipe.dew wil be occurrred
  On core of thyristor and cooling water jacket.when medium frequency runs in summer, it may be
  Caused electrical leakage at anodic and cathodal on thyristor,please reduce temperature difference at
  Input side and output side. Stop woking if serious dew occurred

3 Working pressure of cooling water 1.5--2KG,temperature of input more than 10 degree but less than 30 degree,
purity PH less than 8.  device cannot be used under dew state.diameter of pipe is 1.5" on main electric panel,it is 4"
 on reture pipe.they are pass from bottom of case and connected with water shed, it is naturalTurnback,
suggest to use pure water in main electric panel and add cycle cooling system to extend using life of device.
